These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of any digital products, templates, courses, memberships, programs, coaching services, downloadable materials, or other resources (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Lisa Drew Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any of our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using any Services from Lisa Drew Wellness, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use or for internal business use only, as applicable.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, duplicate, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works outside the scope of permitted use.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, frameworks, branding, content, and proprietary systems—including but not limited to the Heal & Thrive Method™—are the intellectual property of Lisa Drew Wellness and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

By completing your transaction, you authorize Lisa Drew Wellness to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including any installment payments.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access without refund. You remain responsible for all outstanding payments under any agreed-upon payment plan.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital, downloadable, and/or instant-access nature of our Services, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be granted under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this policy and waive any right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, or non-use.

6. No Guarantees

Lisa Drew Wellness makes no guarantees regarding specific results from the use of our Services.

Any examples of client results, testimonials, or case studies shared in marketing materials are not promises or guarantees of future results.

Your success depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to your health history, effort, consistency, and implementation.

The Services provided by Lisa Drew Wellness are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained in our Services constitutes medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, or legal advice.

You agree that you are voluntarily participating in the Services and assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.

Lisa Drew Wellness shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your participation in our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Drew Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—our Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, business interruption, data loss, or personal injury.

9. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any confidential materials from coaching sessions, memberships, programs, or templates without express written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions.

No refunds will be issued if access is terminated due to breach of this Agreement.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
